Introducing the New Digital Guardian Support Community

This weekend, Digital Guardian was excited to debut a new, more streamlined support portal, designed to deliver an improved user experience, better workflows and a more efficient ticketing process.

By upgrading our Support Community to the Salesforce Lightning platform, customers who visit the new portal should have everything they need, right at their fingertips. Customers will be able to experience a host of new knowledgebases and be able to access case management and support notices via the Lightning interface.
